The New Talent Wave

3 EPISODES   |  LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

Series Overview

What stays beyond “Talent”?
A corporate concept, a useful tool, an exquisite word designated for the chosen ones, the privileged, the créme de la créme? Or the interface between us and the labour market, the tensions created by our ambition, the way to get our professional expressiveness and fulfillment? Or something else?

Join us on a three episodes journey of exploration, doubting, questioning, discovering and reinventing talent. Let's get prepared to:
_put under loupe your career;
_ tackle the future of work;
_ do our homework for designing and living in a much better and adapted world of work.

WHY it matters? Because the work we do (also) defines who we are, determines our future prospects, dictates where and with whom we spend most of our time, mediates our sense of self-worth; moulds many of our values and orients our political loyalties. And our Talent is our business card through all this.

People will be looking to broaden their horizons, to learn more skills. Even if your position is quite secure and you are good at what you do, there will always be opportunities to find the next thing that will allow your unique talent to grow. That's what we will be exploring together in this series from three different but interconnected perspectives.

Who should join us

Business leaders, People professionals, Entrepreneurs, Managers, Consultants, Freelancers, Students.

What participants say

I am learning tremendously from the presentations, I want to hear even more from Paul, Pete and Stu, we are just scratching the surface! and the discussions are very interesting too because of the range of experiences and perspectives.
I've enjoyed all the episodes attended so far. Each one builds on the next, but could be attended individually and still make sense. The facilitators work well together and Emanuele's hosting is excellent. There's also lots of audience participation, plus the topics discussed are relevant and practical
