Series Overview

All too often, the leader or leadership, is the biggest obstacle to change in the organization. From decision authority, to power distribution, the challenges of working with leaders to prepare them to truly lead change, is one of the most important tasks of a consultant. Often when I do workshops and seminars, the 2nd question out of most people’s thinking is “well, what about leadership?” They represent one of the biggest opportunities to reshape organization experiences for staff, and yet most of those leading change are ill-equipped to address this question

In this series, I have invited senior leaders with extensive change management experience to share their journeys, their insights and offer their advice on this topic. Each session will begin with an introduction into the initiatives these leaders have led, what they learned about the way, what has worked for them, and what has work for those of us, working with them. Each session with offer a dialog and question and answer session with the leader.

Each guest has extensive experience in leading change in their respective organizations, successfully and sometimes not! They will share some of their “war stories” and offer insights into how we, as consultants can best support them in their efforts to re-shape their strategies, structures and cultures.

What participants say

I am learning tremendously from the presentations, I want to hear even more from Paul, Pete and Stu, we are just scratching the surface! and the discussions are very interesting too because of the range of experiences and perspectives.
I've enjoyed all the episodes attended so far. Each one builds on the next, but could be attended individually and still make sense. The facilitators work well together and Emanuele's hosting is excellent. There's also lots of audience participation, plus the topics discussed are relevant and practical
