Serie Overview
After 10 years of internal experimentation and 3 years of application with many other organizations, we believe it's time to spread some principles and practices for running effective remote and distributed workshops.
The recent events related to the coronavirus have made remote working mainstream, but this is only a circumstance within a broader and more complex scenario already in motion for many years now. It is now becoming evident how interwoven we are with each other in the world.
It's not just a matter of necessity. It is also a win-win occasion for taking advantage for the organization itself:
- Real-time and easier involvement of collaborators from different cities or countries.
- Possibility to reach and engage talents from all around the world.
- Ability to leverage on collective intelligence more than ever.
-Reduction of costs for meetings and travels.
In fact, it is not just a matter of temporizing until the coronavirus has passed. It is the moment to improve our way to conversate, collaborate and co-create as a new standard for the future. It’s time to nurture resilience and antifragility. It is time to raise the bar for effective collaboration in the decade just begun.
