Shifting from Exploitation to Co-creation
We are in the void between a worldwide interruption and re-start work and personal life with fulfillment and hope for the future. How can we use this interruption to regenerate social, ecological and economical health? What if we can imagine new possibilities and co-design for a better future?
Using available metrics for measuring national and global sustainability this 3-hour program explores where the key gaps lie in meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals and how personal action can make a difference systemically.
Building on Episode 1 & 2 this program dives deeper into the structure of systemic issues and how to work with them as complex issues plus the role everyone can play. Using various tools, we will explore how a nations recovery out of COVID is a direct result of citizen lead and business initiatives to make progress on the SDGs while recovering financially.
You will:
- Learn why old ways of transforming organizations, governance no longer fit today’s reality, and what works.
- The science of making much bigger jumps in adaptability and ingenuity as applied to big challenges.
- Hear or work in teams to actively working to close gaps in empathy between polarized groups or to reboot creativity in places saturated with fear.
